Stuck on Strawberry

I have been all about strawberry and chocolate for the last two months. These are a few of my most recent baking projects.

The cakes above are white cake with strawberry frosting

and chocolate  cake with chocolate frosting

Strawberry Lemonade cupcakes are made with white cake

 with lemon zest and strawberry frosting

Chocolate covered Strawberries! So good and a lot easier than I thought. I purchased dark chocolate melt always in bulk from Win Co. foods. I melted the chocolate in a double boiler. I then dip the strawberries in chocolate and set them to dry.To dry the chocolate, I used two tooth picks sticking out of the tops of the strawberries to stick into a large chunk of floral foam.
